The People Who Call My Boss Suck
When people have extensions, they are there to be used. If you don't know the extension, that's fine. Hit "0". However, do not call and repeatedly just refuse to use the extension to save yourself time. This sends the message that you feel the person @ "0"'s time is most definitely less important than yours. You may not mean that. But actions speak louder than words my friend, actions speak louder than words...
