This Here Cab is Goin' to the Other Side...

I don't even know why I am starting this entry right now because I am torn between not having the energy to remember this story in detail, and not ever wanting to remember this story in detail. Ever.

Woman cab drivers in NYC are a rarity. So when we got in the cab and it was a woman, I was kind of glad... little did I know...

We told her our destination - 76th and CPW - and started to talk amongst ourselves, as one normally does in a cab. However, she immediately launches into how the people who go to Upper West Side destinations are the best. The people who go to the East side, they are "like french." As she says this she thumbs up her nose.

This was only the beginning. She told us how she speaks 6 languages - 4 latin and 2 saxon. How she studied Chemistry Nuclear at University. And again, how the Upper West Siders were the BEST and the East siders - FRENCH.

Did this really happen?
