Day 4
Feelin' much better than I did yesterday or the day before. Haven't been back to the scale since Wed morning when I was -2. Last night I must admit to having a small half a half glass of wine. Honestly it made me feel kinda weird and it took me an hour to drink it. I made a version of Chili that's allowed, and it was actually pretty good.
Off to play softball. Guess I'll grab an apple. Of course we get free beer while playing, and I'm not allowed.
