Hello, WHAT?

Why do some people have to involve others in their insanity? I mean, it's ok to be insane, but keep it to yourself for pete's sake.

Unrelated - someone talk to me about Svetlana Khorkina. I know she's a world champion and gold medal winner a few times over, but what was with the preying mantis vault last night? And the bars weren't much better. I mean, I understand nerves, I understand pressure, but don't come to the Olympics and perform like you walked in off the street.

I'm being harsh again, aren't I.

Funny! She did look a little rough. The commentary (drama) said as she performed that she is the one on the team that only does the minimum, as little as necessary, in the gym. Dang. Ouch.

Although, it should be said that team USA wasn't doing all that much last night, either.

The men's tennis matches have been good, though!

I'm watching the men's gymnastic individual competition, and I am too through with these commentators.

American Paul Hamm had a big fall on vault and subsequently they are being overly hyper about little mistakes others are making that don't even compare. As if they are just throwing away points-"Oh, nobody wants it (the gold)..... Oh, he wants it."

DRAMA.

I miss BBC. When we were in Michigan, we got Canada's coverage. The drama factor was at a minimum.
